• Give us your Availability & We Will Work Around It! - Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours to fit your needs! Have kids that go to school? We have shifts that will fit within drop off and pickup! Have another job during 1st shift? We have 2nd and 3rd shifts available as well!
• Shadow Shifts – We will try to match you up with a caregiver lead who you will work a shadow shift with, develop a friendship, & have a great example to learn & grow from!
• Feeling Fulfilled & Happy at the end of work!– This is not a fast paced, customer and manager yelling at you, physically grueling job! This is a heartwarming, meaningful calling to assisting those who can't do it on their own any more!

Homecare Caregiver Home Health Aid Duties and Responsibilities:Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Light Housekeeping, Meal Prep, Transportation to & from Appointments/Errands , Medication Reminders, Companionship & Engagement in Activities, Hospice Care.

Homecare Caregiver Home Health Aid Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to exhibit poise and compassion for seniors and their property with grandeur and admiration; Ability to perform with clients receiving Hospice care or at end of life; Be a good & patient listener in a friendly and polite manner.

Homecare Caregiver Home Health Aid Requirements: Complete Background Check, DMV check and drug screen. Possess a valid drivers license auto insurance & social security card.What happens after I apply?If you meet all the above requirements, we will reach out to you after you apply to set up an interview. After completion of the interview, we will conduct a drug test, run your background & DMV check, verify auto insurance, and reference checks. We will set you up preliminary for your training contingent upon your passing of all above checks. You will then complete training and be matched up with a mentor to complete a shadow shift to have you prepared to work on your own with your client!
