Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to primarily serve patients in the greater Bloomfield area, with options extending to Manchester, Glastonbury, Colchester, and Norwich/Mansfield. Flexible hours are available with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or per diem positions. Benefits available for those working 24 hours per week or more.
Responsibilities and Duties As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment for homebound patients referred for therapy. Your role will involve assessing the patient's functional abilities, including strength, mobility, pain management, balance, coordination, and activities of daily living, to develop a tailored treatment strategy that maximizes independence.

Qualifications Physical therapy experience is essential. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Program from the American Physical Therapy Association, holding a BS degree or entry-level master's degree. An active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut and CPR certification is required at the time of employment.
