Job Summary

The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture Food department of Horticulture seeks a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Production Systems Manager to assist in all aspects of the daily farm operation. The Horticulture department discovers new knowledge, develops, and evaluates new technologies and the appropriate use of environmental resources for horticulture crop production and utilization, with the CSA program being an important component. The CSA Production Systems Manager will provide production systems management, assisted with courses, and help to generate public awareness of the program activities. This position reports directly to the CSA Manager. The position is a key member of the team, providing leadership in decision-making regarding field work, as well as delegating and supervising activities.
