Records observations, completed, and refused tasks., Observes, records, and reports significant changes in the status of a patient and/or family to supervisor., Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings., Prepares light meals if assigned in patient plan of care., Provides hands-on personal care to patients., Provides personal care and supportive services to hospice patients.Requirements:High School (Required)Automobile Insurance - Sarah Bush Lincoln, CNA or completion of 1st semester of RN Program - Sarah Bush Lincoln, Driver's License - State of Illinois
