Job Details**Job Duties:**
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospice care team, ensuring high-quality patient care and services.
- Supervise, train, and support hospice nursing staff, ensuring adherence to care protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for hospice patients.

**Requirements:**
- Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years of hospice or palliative care experience.
