• Provide comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in their homes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current and valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in hospice or palliative care.
• Strong knowledge of pain management and symptom control in hospice care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and families.
