Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Make a Lasting Impact on End-of-Life Care

As a Hospice Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:

• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families during this important time.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that prioritize comfort and dignity.
• Administer medications and treatments to manage pain, anxiety, nausea, and other symptoms.
• Educate families on end-of-life care, advance directives, and coping strategies to help them navigate this challenging journey.
• Be part of an on-call rotation, ensuring that patient needs are always met, day or night.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation while upholding the highest standards of hospice care.

• A valid RN/LPN license (required)
• 1+ year of experience in hospice or palliative care (required)
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited institution or a LPN license
