Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: RN HOSPICE Nurse Supervisor (Education/Quality) The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a Full-Time RN (Monday to Friday) to work as part of our Hospice leadership team-working OnSite at the Hospice Office in Albany, NY. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a leadership team. Responsibilities: * Participates in planning, implementation and evaluation of quality programs, coordinates staff educational programs. * Acts as an educator and resource on community health nursing for staff, clients, and our patients in the community including home care, nursing home and our HIPU * Work days are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30 pm with an on-call rotation. What you will need: * NYS RN Licensure * Bachelor's degree in a health related field, Master's Degree preferred. * Minimum of 2 yrs RN experience required * Previous leadership. * Home care / hospice experience preferred but NOT required. * Strong communication skills and ability to prepare and present materials to a group. Pay Range: $41.45-$62.20 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
