A healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join their Hospice program in Manhattan. In this role, the Hospice Social Worker will will be responsible for providing psychosocial support counseling and other social work related services to palliative care patients and their families in both community homecare and facility settings.
