DescriptionLooking for Hospice Spiritual Coordinator to coordinate spiritual support/counseling and guidance to patient/family and other members of the Hospice Team as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Divinity or Pastoral Counseling preferred.EXPERIENCE: Experience working in home care, hospice or end of life preferred. Experience working with religiously and culturally diverse populations preferred.OTHER: Must have own transportation. Computer literacy essential.
