Hospital Lab Tech - Clinical Management Consultants : Job Details

A leading integrated healthcare provider in Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina, is seeking a Hospital Lab Tech to join their team near Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time position offers a rotating shift schedule and includes a generous sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for qualified candidates.

The Hospital Lab Tech will perform and interpret laboratory tests, document and report results, and maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and hold ASCP or AMT certification. If certification is not already obtained, candidates must achieve it within one year of hire. This role requires strong communication, service orientation, critical thinking, and technology proficiency.
