Hospitalist - Richmond University Medical Center : Job Details

Richmond University Medical Center, a 510-bed community teaching hospital, located on Staten Island, NY is seeking a Hospitalist to join our department of psychiatry and behavioral health to provide ongoing medical care for patients on the acute care behavioral health services. Responsibilities would include Quality Improvement and Utilization Review as well as teaching and supervising residents and medical students. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with attending psychiatrists and other members of the multidisciplinary team as well as other physicians across the hospital. Qualified candidates with training and Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine preferred but will also consider candidates with training and Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
