Position: Hospitalist/NocturnistGeneral Overview:St. Lawrence Health is seeking full-time Hospitalists/Nocturnists to join our dynamic and dedicated healthcare team!
- Candidate Requirements: Ideal candidate will be Board-Eligible (within 5 years of completing residency) or Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Schedule:7 on, 7 off
- Hospitalists: 7a-7p
- Nocturnists: 7p-7a
- Patient Volume: Each provider will manage approximately 8-12 patients.
- Skills & Experience: Preference for experienced MD/DO in critical care/ICU; new graduates with extensive ICU experience/training will be considered.
- Procedures: Ventilator management, central lines, intubation, and electrocardioversion preferred.
- EMR: Epic

- Primary Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital
- Additional Locations: Gouverneur Hospital and Massena Hospital
- ICU Details: Open ICU at Canton-Potsdam Hospital
Financial Package:
- Compensation: $410,000 - $420,000
- Signing Bonus: $25,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
- Licensing & Dues: $2,000
- CME Allowance: $4,000
- Benefit Time: 120 hours
- Malpractice Insurance: Claims-made policy with $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate coverage, including tail coverage
