- 30-bed LTACH facility located within Duke Regional Hospital
- 7 on/ 7 off schedule 7a-7p
- 1 Physician & 1 APP provider rounding daily
- 1 Tele Physician covering nights
- No procedures
- Pulmonary/Critical Care backup
