JOB SUMMARY:

Our community offers active seniors independence and incomparable five-star service and amenities such as unique dining experiences and a variety of living choices. Our residents also have the safety and security of a full continuum of care campus when needed. We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Director to plan, guide, and enhance One Wingate Way's Lifestyle Program.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Hospitality Director is responsible for planning, guiding, and enhancing One Wingate Way's Lifestyle Program. The Director is responsible for building relationships with our residents to facilitate the social and physical well-being of each individual. They are expected to stay at the forefront of health and wellness trends and cultural activities and maintain One Wingate Way as the premier independent senior living location where individuals can maximize their potential and quality of life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee individualized and group health and wellness, spa, and fitness programs.

• Develop and maintain a well-rounded schedule for residents.

• Incorporate educational, cultural and wellness offerings, both on-site and off-site.

• With resident feedback, ensure all residents have access to a wellness program that meets their needs.

• Participate in marketing and promotional events, some of which may be in the evening and on weekends.

• Maintain regular communication with families regarding individual resident's social wellness.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in resident/guest programming, health/wellness, arts/culture, or relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant field.

• 3+ years of management experience in a hospitality, health and wellness, or related environment.
