DescriptionHospitality/Housekeeping - Part-TimeHartville Marketplace and Flea Market is looking for a motivated part-time team member to assist in the various tasks related to hospitality to ensure our guests have the best experience possible. Our hospitality team members perform a wide range of duties to help keep our business tidy.Job Duties:Washing dishesWashing linensVarious Janitorial Tasks (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, tidying, etc.)Wiping down tables and chairs in food areasCleaning of windows and mirrorsCleaning restrooms as neededReplacing and stocking toiletries as neededAttending to accidental spills and other messes as quickly as possibleOther duties as assigned by the managerPosition Qualifications:Reliability - The trait of being dependable and trustworthy.Safety Awareness - Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.Organized - Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
