We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager for one of our iconic, branded, downtown Chicago hotels. Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health Benefits, 401k and more!

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Hotel and Human Resources department with duties and functions; including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training
• Reviews and administers employment status changes through paperwork and HRIS system - pay rates, position status, and change
• Supports the interview process, conducts interviews with candidates, and coaches managers on the interview guidelines
• Manages and maintains the Workers Comp process
• Organizes Employee Recognition activities, functions, and recognition program

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Hospitality Human Resources experience
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment capabilities
• Passionate about hospitality and guest services
• Capabilities of working with all levels of hotel staff
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Suite products
