The Hospitality Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations within our venues. This role involves overseeing a large staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service quality.Base Salary (Ontario, CA): from $65,000+ (position also includes competitive bonus structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K, and PTO)Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, including food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and other activities.Critical Skills & Experience RequirementsPrior experience in full-service restaurant management, food and beverage management, or a related hospitality/FOH role is required.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Thorough understanding of beverage operations and inventory management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.ADAThe above statements cover what are generally believed to be principal and essential functions of the job.
