Do you have the Hospice Heart?Your Life as a Hospitality Team MemberYour role is very important to our patients and the organization. We will rely on you to ensure that our facility is inviting and nothing distracts from the experience of our patients and families. You will play a key part of our team through interaction with our clinical team through ensuring all rooms are clean and ready to welcome the next patient we are honored to care for. Each day will provide basic housekeeping of occupied patient rooms and ensuring all public areas are presentable and welcoming. Your focus will always be on what is your patient's greatest need and providing Care, Hope, and Support for all when Illness Threatens Life. Our facility remains open on holidays and you will be in a rotation to ensure it is ready at a moment's notice. Job QualificationsExperienced in general residential, healthcare, and commercial cleaning.Ability to understand the physical, psychosocial and spiritual concerns/and problems of terminally ill patients in a home setting.The ability to be self-directed.CompassionateEffective Communication both written and orally.
