Harry & Izzy's: Indianapolis International AirportThe role of a Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includesgreeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software. • Welcome, all guests with a genuine and delightful smile. Interact with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience

Experience

• Minimum 1-year Hosting experience. (upscale dinning preferred.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
