Our providers typically earn an average annual income of $76,800 (federally tax-free) along with room and board benefits. Must reside in Nebraska and own or rent your home.

For nearly 40 years, Mosaic has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. As a home provider, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment while offering mentorship and support with daily living tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Facilitating skill acquisition and promoting independence.
• Administering medications and supporting medical appointments.
• Ensuring the overall health and well-being of the individual.
• Documenting daily activities through a web-based case management application.
• Creating enjoyable experiences by encouraging community involvement and socialization.
• Adhering to all state and agency policies and procedures.
• Maintaining effective communication with team members.
• Providing necessary physical support.
• Transporting the individual as needed.

Depending on your preferences, you may also take on additional responsibilities such as:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.).
• Implementing medical protocols (seizures, feeding tubes, etc.).
• Caring for individuals with complex physical or medical needs.
• Providing support for behavioral challenges.

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Nebraska.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and current registration are required.
• Active home or renter's insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Reliable computer and internet access.
• Completion of all state-mandated training.
• Maintaining a clean and environmentally safe living space.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks.
