Host/Hostess - Vic's : Job Details

Vic's cuisine is driven by technique and soulful Italian tradition with an emphasis on hand-crafted pasta and pizza. Our ingredients are sourced locally and seasonally from farmers and sustainable producers.We are looking for an experienced Host that likes fast paced environments along with great energy!We seek responsible, kind, hardworking individuals, with a positive and professional attitude and work-ethic. Our ideal candidates will bring genuine passion for service, hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast paced, high energy work environment.

• Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant
• Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
• Giving guests accurate wait time estimates
• Responsible for knowing restaurant and company information, including, but not limited to, hours of operations, directions, awareness of neighborhood, and sister properties.
• Be aware of regular guests/VIPs
• Organized and efficient
• Excellent communicator with the bar, service, kitchen and management staff.
• Understand all of the restaurants main dining room seating and configurations
• Understanding that we require a positive and professional attitude in the workplace
