Core Essential Functions • Welcome guests in a warm, personable, sincere, and friendly manner. • Provide and create positive environment for everyone in the restaurant. • Receive calls and book reservations for the guest. • Obtain guest's information in preparation for their reservation and arrival. • Anticipate guest's needs, and create personal and memorable experience and solutions. • Perform all other duties as requested by the restaurant manager.
