Position Summary:Responsible for greeting and seating of guests utilizing guest recognition tools per SCR F & B standards of service. Assumes cashier responsibilities and ensures cleanliness of restaurant.Position Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take reservations for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.
- Responsible for all guest checks and deposits at the end of the shift.
- Must meet/exceed established SCR standards of service when interacting with guests.
- When needed, assist guests with room service requests and ensure food is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist wait and bus staff during busy periods.
- Monitor the restaurant floor when supervisor is not present.
- Advise Food & Beverage Supervisor of complaints and/or problems.
- Other duties as assigned
Professional Experience:A minimum of six months related experience and/or training in a high volume F & B operation is required. Education:There is no minimum educational requirement for this position.Required Skills:
