Job Description: Host-Texas Steakhouse & SaloonLocation: Lumberton, NC, 28358The Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their table
• Manage reservations and ensure timely seating of guests
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting for new guests
• Ensure a clean and organized host stand area
• Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
