**Job Title: Hoster/Loader**

**Job Description**

We are seeking candidates to assist in our shipping department with a variety of staging, loading, and utility duties. This role involves collecting windows on a rack and offloading them into the corresponding dock or truck for shipment. You will also be responsible for wrapping windows for shipment, loading, staging, and providing other support as needed. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75lbs regularly and handle awkwardly shaped windows.

**Responsibilities**

+ Collect windows on a rack and offload them into the corresponding dock or truck for shipment.

+ Wrap windows for shipment.

+ Load and stage windows.

+ Provide general support as needed in the shipping department.

+ Utilize a pallet jack for loading and moving items.

+ Ensure attention to detail and maintain attendance.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in shipping, staging, loading, and wrapping.

+ Ability to lift up to 75lbs regularly.

+ Capability to handle awkwardly shaped windows.

+ Experience with pallet jack operation.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with insulated glass.

+ Computer and organizational skills.

+ Attention to detail and strong attendance record.

**Work Environment**

You will be working in a warehouse and shipping department. The standard day shift is 6am-2:30pm, with extended hours during busy periods. The role requires physical strength and the ability to handle awkwardly shaped items. The work environment is dynamic and requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fife, wa.
