Job SummaryProvides excellence customer service in the Independent Living dining rooms by greeting residents and escorting to table. Assists the servers in pre-bussing (setting) tables, serving drinks, take-out service and reservations.Essential Functions* Greets and seats residents in rotation order.* Organizes and holds pre-service meetings* Completes take-out service duties in the afternoon hours* Completes any afternoon catering/setup duties as needed* Responsible for problem solving and meeting customer demands appropriately* Prints and manages menus for all meals* Maintains guest reservations bookEducation, Training, and Experience* No education required* 1 year of hosting experience required.
