Hostess - Gebhart Holdings : Job Details

Position: HostessDivision: HospitalityStatus: Part TimePOSITION SUMMARY: The hostess will be required to leave a positive first and last impression for every guest. They will greet all guests with a warm welcome and then seat them at the tables. They will also thank guests on the way out and encourage them back.REPORTS TO: General ManagerSUPERVISES: N/AESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attention to detail
• Greet guests
• Seat guests
• Remove dirty dishes from tables
• Clean tables and change table clothes after each guest
• Reset tables for next guest
• Set tables up for next day's lunch service
• Cross train in salad prep
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes

RequirementsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience is preferred but not required

COMPETENCIES:

• Outgoing energetic personality
• Communication skills
• Comfortable with IPAD

Salary Description $11.33 per hour
