Hotel AM-Barista and PM-Bar Attendant - Courtyard by Marriott - Boone : Job Details

Job Description About Us:Award-winning Courtyard Marriott property located in the heart of Boone, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. The Bistro offers guests and locals a casual dining experience, with healthy and fresh, made-to-order breakfast and dinner options, including a full-service bar and 24-hour Starbucks. The Bistro also offers full-service catering options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as an open bar, for groups using the meeting space facilities.Responsibilities:

• Prepping menu items
• Making Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks
• Preparing food and delivering to guests based on their order
• Adhering to Marriott's brand standard for steps of service and local health department regulations for food safety
• Overseeing transactions, stocking, and cleaning of The Bistro

Requirements:

• Shifts range 6 am-12 pm for breakfast OR 4 pm-11 pm for dinner and bar
• Part-time and Full-time opportunities available)

• Previous experience is not required, however, must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
