Is that you?So, what are you waiting for?? This position is on the MCC Leadership Team, featuring a schedule geared to cover the business needs of a 24 hour hotel.I. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: 1. Set up meeting rooms per the BEO or other instructions, including providing basic audio/visual assistance to guests. 2. Assist guests while on-site with their meeting needs. Contact appropriate management if necessary. 3. Maintain storage spaces in an orderly fashion. 4. Receive and deliver packages from the Package Room. Assist overnight and meeting guests with the shipping out of packages. 5. Monitor Conference HELP line and provide assistance as requested. 6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.II. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school graduate or equivalent. 2. Some hotel or conference center experience preferred. 3. Must be able to understand and follow visual and oral instructions. 4. Must be punctual, attentive and able to multi-task. 5. General understanding of audio/visual equipment and use of technology. 6.
