Job Description :
The Hotel Director of Catering is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the catering department in a hotel. This includes managing the catering team, developing and implementing catering strategies, and ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standards.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement catering strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Manage the catering team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standards, including food quality, service, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote catering services and increase business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Manage catering budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
