Responsibilities:

* Conduct foot patrols of the hotel's property, to include lobby/outlet areas, guest room hallways, parking garage, hotel perimeter, convention space, etc.

* Respond to various on-property incidents, to include, but not limited to, medical emergencies, trespassers, noise complaints, lost/missing items, guest needs, etc.

* Prevent unwanted visitors from entering the property and safely escort any non-guests/unwanted visitors from the property.

* Effectively monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, emergency phone lines, and other aspects of the property's dispatch center on an as-needed basis.

* Complete detailed, and accurate incident reports in a timely manner, after critical incidents occur.

* Partner with responding law enforcement and fire departments, as needed.

* Administer basic CPR and First Aid, as needed.

* Respond to, and strategically remedy various guest requests, in order to retain guest business, and overall brand protection.

* Minimum of one-year hotel experience required.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to complete security reports in a web-based system with minimal guidance.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays, and as-needed overtime.

* Proficient in computer skills, two-way radio operation, various software programs.

* Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.

* Must be able to work in both individual and team settings.

* Must be customer/guest service-minded at all times.
