At the Disneyland Resort, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our team at Napa Rose. As a server, you'll be the face of our fine dining experience, guiding guests through their meal and ensuring their needs are met. With a passion for delivering exceptional service, you'll take orders, deliver items, and create a memorable experience for our guests.We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, and enthusiastic about the guest experience. If you have a strong understanding of wines and wine pairings, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Basic Qualifications:You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role2+ years serving in a high-volume fine dining restaurantMust be self-motivated and able to work independently or part of a teamEnthusiastic about the guest experience and growthAdvanced understanding of wines and wine pairingsAbility to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environmentAdditional Information:Shifts may start as early as 12:00pm and may end as late as 12:00am. Must be fully available for 2 weeks of on-the-job training.The pay rate for this role in California is $19.90 per hour, plus tips.
