Position: FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE - Swing Shifts (Full Time or Part Time, 2-3 days per week)

Hours: 35 Hours Per Week - 5 days per week, including weekends

Compensation: $20.32 per hour PLUS sales $15 BONUS for each room rented. $1000 BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS!

Shifts: Day Shifts are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Swing shifts are 5:00 PM to 12:00 midnight

Requirements:

As a Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for the hotel and be responsible for front desk operations, handling customer requests, answering phones, and laundry.

Job Functions, Unique Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
  • Issues room keys to guests, exchanges guest linen, and performs laundry duties.
  • Responsible for proper key control and other security measures.
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services and registration of guests.
  • Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts, makes photocopies if needed.
  • Computes bills, collects payments, and makes change for guests.
  • Checks out guests.
  • Receives and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy.
  • Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities.
  • Adheres to all safety procedures and informs management of any unsafe conditions.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on company needs.
  • Must be fluent in English and able to work in the US legally.
  • Good communication skills, responsible with tasks and schedule given, honest, and reliable.
  • Capable of accurately handling cash and charges.
  • A background check is required.
