* Now hiring a Houseman for Copeland Tower*

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the setup of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary equipment according to event specifications.

* Break down and clean up event spaces after events, ensuring that all furniture and equipment are returned to their proper locations.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and event spaces.

* Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure that all event requirements are met.

* Handle any special requests or last-minute changes to event setups with efficiency and professionalism.

* Perform routine inspections of event spaces to ensure they are clean, safe, and ready for use.

* Provide general support to the maintenance and housekeeping teams as needed.

* Assist with the transportation and placement of event materials, including AV equipment, decorations, and signage

Requirements

* Previous experience in event setup, housekeeping, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

* Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as tables and chairs, safely.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow event setup instructions precisely.

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
