Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas, ensuring they are neat, orderly, and free of debris. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas. Assist housekeeping staff with the delivery of linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, such as extra towels or toiletries. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping floors. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities in public areas. Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, banquet halls, and other event spaces. Collaborate with other hotel staff and departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues or concerns.
