Hotel Manager - The Ryder Hotel : Job Details

An inviting oasis in the heart of the one of the world's most beloved cities, The Ryder is a boutique escape-meets-experience with a pool, coffee bar, and tropical bar made for the independent, fun-loving, and creatively curious spirit in all of us.

This individual is the eyes, ears and heart of the property, with the guest experience always being the foremost thought. Requested Tasks

-Inspire, lead, motivate and drive results with leaders and team members

-Oversee the operational functions and financial success of the property and all Food + Beverage outlets

-Lead all key property issues including capital projects, guest satisfaction and any refurbishments needed

-Handle guest and team member complaints overseeing guest service recovery procedures

-Prepare, present and achieve hotel budgets, marketing and sales plan and capital budgets

Requested Capabilities

-Prior experience as a Hotel Manager required

-Patient, understanding and professional personality

-Keen eye for detail and organization

-Thorough understanding of the property and all associated amenities

-Cost-saving mindset; budget conscious
