Currently we are looking for an Evening Hotel Valet Attendant who is available to work evening shifts in a combination of weekday and weekend shifts (Hours of 3pm - 11pm) at a highly rated hotel in beautiful downtown Burlington, Vermont. Now is the right time to become a team member at UPP Global.Position HighlightsEarn $18 - $25/hour plus amazing benefits ( Combination of base hourly wage and CASH TIPS).Weekend and Weekday AvailabilityShifts include 7am-3pm Mon-Fri, 3-11pm Fri-Sun.Full time and Part time opportunitiesREALISTIC advancement opportunity: Reliable valet attendants that provide excellent guest service and consistently represent the company and the client in a professional way will find that leadership positions are earned in months, not years, at UPP Global.Job Responsibilities And Main Duties:Greet and welcome guests, holding their door for them, help by answering questions and directing them to check-inMaintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clientsProvide exceptional hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner ( The Guest Experience )Be responsible for parking and retrieving guests vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner. Carefully navigate hot zones - Unique to each location, these spots have heightened risk of damage = liability.Assist guests with bell service, directions, taxis, reservations, information about meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility and other inquiries as neededAssist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during arrival and departureTransport guests via the hotel shuttle serviceExplain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrivalEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Know and maintain best practices in security and safety.Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisorRequirements:Any physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Lead by Example.Must maintain a groomed, professional appearance, following the uniform guidlines. (Look good, Feel Good, Law of Attraction!)Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) checkManual Transmission a plus - Not required upon hire.
