Hotel Valet FT - Black Oak Casino Resort : Job Details

Responsible for greeting and assisting Guests with luggage and safely parking and retrieving vehicles along with other errands/deliveries in a courteous, safe and efficient manner while providing excellent guest service at all times. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Greets and opens vehicle doors for Guests in a professional and friendly manner. Transfers luggage and packages to and from rooms, vehicles and loading areas. Provides Guests with a claim check when asked to store luggage/items. Returns Guests' luggage/items upon the receipt and verification of claim checks. Assists Guests promptly and courteously with Valet Check-in and Check-out procedures. Visually inspects Guests' vehicle upon receipt, and at the time of retrieval, for any vehicle damage. Accurately note all damage before moving a vehicle, immediately reports any subsequent damage to the Supervisor / Designee.
