Outline of duties: - Lead hourly associate and team leaders.
- Train/Coach Team Leaders and hourly associates.
- Manage Labor tracking, head count, Kronos, overtime equalization.
- Oversee E Scrap Database
- Interact with internal customers to understand, investigate, and feedback information.
- Monitor, evaluate and coach associate activities such as line calls, Nexprise entry, scrap.
- Conduct Daily start of shift meetings.
- Complete daily shift report
- Maintain TPM Group Board
- Audit TPM Team Board and 5S3d activity; direct and coach as necessary.
- Interact with suppliers, Contract Services, and other departments to conduct containment and problem investigation activities.
- Develop, revise, and enforce standard work for SQA hourly Associates.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Experience in Manufacturing Quality
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of Leadership Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing quality Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supervision or Technical field
