Hourly Shift Coordinator - IHOP : Job Details

As a Hourly Shift Coordinator, you will be an important member of the team and will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. A Hourly Shift Coordinator's responsibilities are to supervise and train team members, maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensure customer satisfaction and implement quality improvements. A qualified candidate must also have a High School diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. The position requires one to stand up for 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
