House Associate - Conlin Properties : Job Details

This person will do random activities at a personal residence. Activities such as shopping, watering plants, cleaning, changing linens, and in general other household duties as per the House Manager and owner. This person should also have the ability to cook at the owners request. This person will need to be professional in their work habits, attire,behaviors, interations with others, and have good organizational and communication skills. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person. This is a wonderful working environment with a very family friendly work approach. This person should be in fair physical shape with the ability to lift at least 30 pounds and also have an appreciation for cats and dogs. This position will also require a drug screening and background check with the employment contingent on satisfactory results as per our company guidelines as we offer a safe and drug free envirofnment. The wage will also be contingent on the applicants skill sets.
