Please check Google Maps before applying. You will clean homes in Spring (77386, 77379 etc), The Woodlands, and southern Conroe. You have to be able and willing to drive to ALL 3 areas. You cannot choose just one of these areas. This is a part-time job. Please consider your location and commute when applying. We care about our employees' life-work balance.

Schedule:

• Part-time. One house a day in the morning Mn-Fr. You work solo. You have to be able to work 5 days a week.
• 9.00 a.m.- to 3.30 p.m. Most days you will finish much sooner (around 1.00 p.m.) but you must be able to stay at the client's house until at least 3.30 p.m. on any given day.
• No weekends required (optional)

Pay:

• We pay per job (not per hour). This translates to about $16-18/hour. All supplies provided.
• $350-400.00 per week (paid every 2 weeks by direct deposit).
• You do not share your tips with other cleaners.
• This is a W-2 position. You will be an employee, NOT a 1099 contractor.
• Gift certificates for outstanding work and great attendance.

Requirements:

• your own reliable car (no Uber), car insurance, active Driver's License, SSN, English (unfortunately we do not speak any other language), and permission to work in the USA.
• Prior paid residential cleaning experience (maid service, private housecleaner, etc. Cleaning your own house does not count).
• ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
• ability to move fast (we have time limits for each room), clean baseboards on hands and knees, bend over, lift 25 lb, etc. This job is a perfect fit for energetic people in very good physical shape.
• our hiring process: 1) phone interview 2) in-person interview 3) paid work interview at the job site. We only hire reliable people. We do not reschedule interviews after a no-call-no show .

- You don't have to stop at the office before/after work. You will drive straight from your house to the client's house and back.

DUTIES: cleaning ovens and fridges, DETAILED dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing showers and toilets, vacuuming blinds, washing baseboards, cleaning microwaves, loading the dishwasher, changing bedsheets, wiping counters and cabinets etc. You will clean homes with cats and dogs. Most clients will be at home. All supplies and uniforms will be provided.
