What We Offer:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (extra night & weekend shifts available) You must be available during these hours
• Location: Service area within a 30-mile radius of Midlothian, VA
• Pay & Benefits: Weekly via direct deposit, Health, Dental, Vision benefits & Paid time off
• Tasks: Residential cleaning with supplies and equipment provided

Minimum Requirements:

• Be available Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Lift 25 lbs. or more; be able to stand, bend, and kneel to perform cleaning duties
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must be 18+ with a reliable, insured vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record
• Own a smartphone for daily job details via our app
• Professional communication in English

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized and maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a valid driver's license for travel to various job sites.
