A lovely family with children is seeking a well-rounded, mechanically inclined individual to oversee their three properties. Primary home is in the Birmingham/Bloomfield, MI area, other homes are in Northern Michigan and Florida. This is primarily a Monday-Friday, daytime position, with flexibility required for out-of-ordinary situations, emergencies, or occasional travel to other residences. Only those with private residential, property management experience will be considered. Local metro Detroit area candidates preferred for this immediate opportunity. $100,000 - $120,000 plus outstanding benefits including retirement.
