* Greet all guests, owners, and team members with a friendly disposition during your shifts and while on property.

* Handle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all rooms are clean, sanitized, and presentable.

* Regularly check and maintain cleaning equipment.

* Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest rooms.

* Notify superiors of any damage, defects, or disturbances within rooms.

* Provide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalism.

* Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

* Adhere to hotel/resort standards, protocols, and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulations.
