Housekeeper - The Pavilion at Queens for Rehabilitation & Nursing : Job Details

The Pavilion at Queens is a 302-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Flushing, Queens. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care for each of our residents. Currently, we are searching for a Dialysis transporter/Housekeeper.

Responsibilities include:

• Follow instructions by the Director of Housekeeping Services, to ensure that the facility is maintained with the upmost standard of cleanliness.
• Clean resident rooms for incoming admissions.
• Perform the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department in accordance with State, Federal, Health and Company standards. Including:
• Clean furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating and AC units, restrooms, recreational areas, discard trash, etc.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

• Detail orientated.
• Familiarity with a long-term care setting preferred.
• Housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
