Position Summary: Ensure clean, orderly, attractive rooms in the skilled nursing facilities. Maintains the cleanliness of the facility for residents, visitors and staff. Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state's specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.QualificationsEducation:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licenses/Certification:
- Valid driver's license required.
Experience:
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
Essential Functions
- Ensures overall cleanliness and comfort level of facility.
- Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies and reports any ordering needs to supervisor.
- Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment, and submits recommendations for painting, repairs, and furnishings to management.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
