WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • General Cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, as well as office space and other areas on the property
  • Performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
  • Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
  • Always maintains resident confidentiality.
Knowledge Skills and Experience Required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills and polite attitude
  • Ability to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadline
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Standing on one's feet for a long period of time, bending, and extensive walking. May be exposed to occasional unsanitary conditions, unpleasant odors, and hazardous (concentrated chemicals).
