Key Responsibilities:

✅ Housekeeping Excellence: Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms, guest rooms, offices, and common areas.

✅ Launder Linens & Clothing: Handle resident linens and personal clothing with care, ensuring cleanliness and freshness.

✅ Sanitization: Follow established infection control procedures to ensure a safe, sanitized environment for all.

✅ General Cleaning Tasks: Vacuum, dust, clean restrooms, and sanitize shared spaces.

✅ Privacy & Dignity: Respect residents' privacy while providing a comfortable, dignified environment.

✅ Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to keep the environment hazard-free.

Required Qualifications: ✔️ High school diploma or equivalent✔️ Must be at least 18 years of age✔️ Basic computer skills✔️ Able to speak, read, and write in English✔️ Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with resident evacuation if needed✔️ Must pass a State Criminal Background Check and Health Screening ✔️ Certification in First Aid/CPR is required✔️ Tuberculosis (TB) clearance

Additional Skills & Requirements:

✅ Ability to work independently, show flexibility, and possess personal integrity

✅ Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✅ Ability to build rapport and work effectively with residents, staff, and families

Physical Requirements:

✅ Lift and move up to 50 pounds independently

✅ Walk, stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods

✅ Ability to climb stairs and ladders

✅ Exposure to potential health risks such as blood/bodily fluids (universal precautions apply)

Work Environment:

✅ Clean, well-lit, and ventilated areas

✅ May be exposed to communicable diseases or emotional stress from residents
